Once the PIN number is delivered to the customer via e-mail, The Sale Is
Final. . If you have a problem with a card access number, connection or
unable to use your phone card, please call customer service of your phone card
(Each phone card has its line carrier's customer service phone number),
Customer Service from our line carrier should be able to resolve any problems
you may have. Be sure to have your PIN number available while calling customer
service. If customer service of your phone cards cannot resolve your problem,
please e-mail us at
sales@Asia-Works.com and we will make every attempt to ensure your
satisfaction.

Asia-Works.com is not the phone card's manufacturer. We market the best phone
cards with the best service and resell them to you. If you have rate question on
the phone card you purchased, please call customer service number of your phone
cards that post on our website. That number is the customer service number for
the carrier that provides service on that card and has access to call detail
records (CDR) and billing records.
We strive to maintain up to date information about products and services
on our website. However we must disclaim this information to you for your
knowledge.
Rates may be higher on calls to cellular phones of your destination.
Rates are subject to change without notice. Although this does not happen often.
Calls made from pay phone are subject to an additional charge of 45¢ to 75¢ per call.
The Pins number of your phone cards are Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable and Non-Exchangeable.
Monthly, bi-monthly, weekly maintenance fee & taxes may apply on certain phone cards.

Sale DVD/VCD Return Policy
|
Returns ONLY for Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please tell us the Order Number & the product condition within 14 days of delivery at info@Asia-Works.com to obtain an authorization for returns. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
If we authorize a return, we will provide the customer with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions for sending the returning items to us. Damaged/defective items must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped.
After we received the product, we will examine and test the defective item(s). If the defect you described is found, we will ship you a replacement of the defective item(s). Otherwise, the original item will be shipped back to you.
It generally takes about 2-3 weeks to process a return. We are not responsible for lost returns.
Regional issue error cannot be returned.

Quality and Exchange Policy Of rental DVD/VCD

The Asia-Works.com guarantees the quality of its products. All VCD/DVD available for rental and purchase are original products and are of the best quality to our knowledge. However, due to the differences in manufacturing and compatible issues, even with the original and copy-right VCD/DVD, you may occasionally experience a few seconds stopping, interferences or mosaic effects during play back. Please be advised that we do not provide exchanges for such instances.
If by any chance you experience serious quality problems with our VCD/DVD, please contact our customer service department immediately after you receive them. We will exchange for you promptly, but we will not be able to give refund at this time.
