You get your Instant PIN Code via real time request and e-mail notice (Please see Instant PIN Code Service) after your order has been successfully processed. You will get your PIN and instruction immediately after your purchase. You will also receive an e-mail receipt with instruction and PIN from Asia-Works.Com. In order to process your order real-time, you should type in all necessary information and the billing address of the credit card you are using.

How to use my Instant PIN Code? |

Just simply follow the instruction we provided. General steps are:
Dial 800 number or your local access number provided in the instruction
Enter your phone card PIN and destination phone number
It is same as how you use your regular phone card. You can use your Instant PIN Code on any telephone from home or
office. Call made from pay phone are subject to an additional FCC charge of 45
cents to 75 cents per call.

What if I forget my PIN#? |

Send us a message by clicking on "Contact Us" with your name, your e-mail address. We will resent your PIN# along with instruction if your information matches our record. or simply login to your account to find your orders. Asia-Works.Com is not responsible for lost or stolen PIN.

How long can I keep using my Instant PIN Code? |

You can keep using your Instant PIN Code within the period specified by each PIN Code (provided in your instruction) or until you have used all your money for the PIN Code, which ever comes first. For expiration date of your Instant PIN Code, please check detail information in the instruction. Usually, expiration date varies from one month to half year since your purchase date or with time expire after first used.

Will my Instant PIN Code expire if I don´t use it in the next number of months? |

Probably not, because almost all Instant PIN Code expire months
after first use rather than months
after purchase. But some cards do have (in place of or in addition to) an actual
expiration date.
If you have concerns about your card expiring, please call the customer service
of your Phone Card, or e-mail us.

Which PIN Code should I buy, with or without connection fee? |
| A: |
Connection fee is an additional fee charged by telephone company for each time when you place a call. Different Company charges different connection fee. Some PIN Code design to charge connection fee up front on every call you make and some design the charge distributed onto the minute rate. It depends the way how you are going to use Instant PIN Code. If you plan to use once or twice and used up your value of the PIN Code, you may want to go with connection fee, it will be much more cost effective for you. But if you plan to use up the value of the PIN Code more than three or four calls, you may want to go for without connection fee. The rule of thumb is you should go with the one save your money

Once the Instant PIN Code is issued to you, in general there would be no refund.
Unless with investigation and approval of Asia-Works.Com on defected Pin. For
mail orders with physical cards, the cards will be refunded upon return if the
PIN numbers are not scratched.

No. All phone cards on our site use high quality fiber optic cable as communication media. We only sale phone cards selectively based on quality and reliability. We do not sale any internet based phone cards.

Currently, most of our phone cards can be used only in USA. We will extend our service to other countries soon. Please come back and check out again. For the customers from Canada, there are some of our phone cards we offer for two way which only favor for US cost saving, and call from Canada will add addition fee per minutes.

In Generally, your can use your cell phone to make phone call at the same rate as you make call from your home or office, but the rate is much high to call internatioanl cell phone. However, it depends on individual manufacturer or carrier. Some manufacturer or carrier may allow you to use to call cell phone with much high rate. Some of them simply just don´t. If you must call to cell phone, please check the rate from our site before you make order.

On most of the phone cards you could. But Some of our phone card have no service in offshore states. However, the rate info may not apply to those states or areas. For customers who live in those areas, please check the information on the instruction of phone card, or simply dial the toll free access number to test.

NO, you are guaranteed the same low
rate seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Except some special card make with some
time limit for getting more minutes on your call.

The toll-free access number or local access number varies on each type of the phone card. The number(s) is used for connecting you and the manufacturer’s carrier to access your PIN Code which you purchased.

What is the Point Plan? |

This plan is best for TV Series Rental. Point plan allows you to watch at their own pace without the rush of the monthly plan.
Select your point plan and rent each movie or series by points and keep it there for 14 days. Add more points at any time. You can also rent the whole set of TV series without any interruption along with FREE first mail.
No waiting and on-demand orders.
4-8 episodes out each times for first time renter.
For this plan, movie only rental for up to 14 days. TV series rental and TV series/Movie rental are for 21 days.
All movies are 2 points per title. One episode of TV series are at 1 points and up! We accept Visa, Master,American Express and Discover Credit Card. The more points you buy, the more money you can save. Points are not refundable

Basic Service (2 DVDs out)
Affordable, convenient and perfect for the occasional renter, this service allows you to have 2 movies out at a time for a flat monthly fee of $12.95.
Standar (4 DVDs out) Enjoyed by the majority of our members, this service allows you to have up to 4 movies out at a time for a flat monthly fee of $18.95.
Plus(6 DVDs out) Best for members who want a larger selection of DVDs at home, our ValuePlus Service allows you to have up to 6 movies out at a time for a flat monthly fee of $28.95.
Tax is included. There is no late fee for this plan

How can I switch from current Unlimited to Point Plan? |

How items are delivered? |
| A: |
Asia Works will ship maximum: 6 movies; or 2 TV movies; or 1 TV movies plus 2 movies at a time. Each time after we receive your returned rental items, we'll then ship you the items from your next new order. All orders are shipped through U.S. Postal Service. Items usually arrive within 3 to 7 days.

How long can I keep the rental items? Late Fees? |

For our Unlimited Rental Members there is no due date. Keep as long as you like.
For point rental plan, Duration of Rentals: Movies rent for 5 to 10 days. TV series rent under 25 episodes for upto 12 days, 25 episodes and more for upto 21 days. The rental period starts from the day when you receiving the package . The return day will be the postage date on your returned envelop. Rentals must be returned by the day they are due to avoid extended viewing fees, which will be equal to the rental prices. Extended viewing fee will be automatically charged to your account. If you accidentally lost or damaged the discs, your responsible charge will be the retail sale price for the item you rented.
For "No monthly Fee Plan", You can only rental for 7 days from the day you receive your order.

How to return the rental items? |

A prepaid return-envelop will be enclosed in the package delivered to you. When you are ready to return the rental items, simply put them into the return-envelop and mail it. If it is due day, make sure that you drop it in before the last mail pick-up of that day. Asia-Works determines whether you are late or not in returning your order by checking the postmark on the return-envelop.

What if the VCD is not playing? |
| A: |
If your VCD is not playing , there may be performance or compatible issues with your player or the VCD itself may be defective or damaged. We recommend the following steps to diagnose and resolve the problem:
Step 1. Make sure your player supports VCD format.
Step 2. Make sure your VCD/DVD player is functioning properly by playing the VCD/DVD that worked with your player before.
Step 3. Check the reading surface of the VCD for scratches, residue, or fingerprints. If the disc is dirty, wipe it with a clean, soft cloth (wiping from the center of the disc towards the edge), and try to play it again.
If due to the shipping or nature cause, the products are defect when they arrived to you, we'll be glad to make a free exchange to equal value as your choice. There will be no refund on any purchase. Damaged/defective VCD should be sent to the following address:

I've lost the return envelope, how do I return DVDs? |

Send us an E-mail info@Asia-Works.com and a new return envelope will be sent out to you. Late fees may apply if DVDs are not returned on time so please save your return envelopes. If you choose to send back the DVDs in your own padded envelope or media mailer, please send to:

If this happens, simply mail out your DVDs on the next available (USPS) Mail day. We will not charge you late fees.

How to cancel account? |
| A: |
Canceling or changing your membership is fast and easy. Simply Login and click on this link and it will redirect you to a cancellation page. An e-mail will be sent to you to confirm your cancellation. If you decide to cancel, remember that cancellation is effective immediately, and all discs must be returned to Asia-Works.com within 7 days. There is no credit or refund for unused portions of your billing cycle.
Note: There will be $20 charge per disc to your credit card for failure to return after the cancellation.

What are Regional code and formats? |

The worldwide distribution of DVD is divided into eight regions (Region 1-8), where individual DVD can only be playable in the specified region(s) with the assigned "Region Code." The DVD Region Code is usually specified on the back of the individual DVD package. Please make sure that your DVD player is compatible to the DVD(s) you are getting.
Region 1: USA,Canada
Region 2: Europe, Japan, South Africa, Middle East
Region 3: South East Asia (including Hong Kong and Korea etc.)
Region 4: Australia, New Zealand, Spanish America
